Founder of PianoAlpharetta, Dr. Ipek Brooks is certified by Music Teachers National Association and Royal Conservatory Music Development Program. She has worked with students of varying ages, nationalities and levels for over 14 years. Dr. Ipek Brooks completed her doctorate degree at the University of Georgia studying with Dr. Richard Zimdars.

Dr. Grace Meng Tian

 She received a Bachelor of Music from Renmin University of China, a Master of Music Performance and Artist Certificate from Georgia State University, and a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Georgia.

Estelle Thomas

Estelle Thomas is a graduate of the University of West Georgia, where she earned a B.A. in piano performance, with a concentration in piano pedagogy under Dr. Carol Gingerich. She has over 8 years of teaching experience to students at varied levels, ages, and nationalities.

Dr. Soojung Jeon

Soojung Jeon has taught students in a wide range of ages and levels for over 14 years. Dr. Jeon recently graduated with her doctoral piano performance degree at the University of Georgia where she studied with Dr. Martha Thomas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in composition from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea.

Yelena Faber

Mrs. Faber has received wide
recognition in teaching elementary, intermediate, pre-college, and college piano lessons in the last 30 years. Her students have been major prize winners in many competitions at the local and state levels.

Kaoru "Kay" Takeda is a graduate of The Oberlin College Conservatory of Music (B.M. in Piano performance) and The Peabody Institute of Music of The Johns Hopkins University where she earned a Master of Music degree in piano performance.

Siyu Li

A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Ms. Siyu Li has won many awards including the first prize at Georgia Music Teaching Association, a music scholarship from Yamaha Asian Music, as well as the first prize at the “Ying Chang Cup” National Piano Competition in China.
